These Terms of Service explain the rules that apply when you browse or buy from thelumifashion.com, which sells electronic cigarettes, vape devices, pods, e-liquids, coils, and related accessories. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

Age Verification and Eligibility

Our products are intended only for adults of legal smoking age in the destination country, and never for anyone under 21 where that is the legal minimum. You confirm that you are of legal age when you order, and we may ask for government-issued photo ID and a matching payment method before releasing an order. Orders that fail age verification will be canceled and refunded.

You must be at least the legal vaping age in your location to order.

You may not buy on behalf of a minor or resell our products to minors.

We may refuse, hold, or cancel any order where age cannot be verified.

It is your responsibility to know the vaping laws in your region.

Product Information and Nicotine Warning

Vape products typically contain nicotine, a highly addictive substance, and e-liquids should be kept away from children, pets, and anyone who is pregnant or has a medical condition. Our product descriptions, nicotine strengths, and device specifications are provided for reference only and do not constitute medical advice. Please read all labels and packaging before use and use every device exactly as instructed by its manufacturer.

Orders, Pricing, and Payment

All orders are subject to product availability and our acceptance. Prices, promotions, and stock levels may change without notice, and if an item is mispriced or out of stock we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer on high-demand devices, pods, and e-liquids.

Shipping and Delivery Restrictions

Because vaping products are regulated in many places, we can only ship to destinations that permit their import and sale. Some carriers do not accept vaping products, so orders may ship by a specialist route. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged in the destination country are your responsibility.

We cannot deliver to a minor or to an address where age verification cannot be completed.

Orders that are returned, seized, or refused by customs may be ineligible for refund.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier or customs delays.

Returns and Refunds

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used pods, cartridges, e-liquids, disposable vapes, or coils. Sealed items may be eligible for a return within the stated window, and defective devices must be reported to us promptly with photos or video so we can arrange a replacement or refund under our warranty policy.

Battery Safety and Proper Use

Vape devices contain lithium batteries and can fail if misused. Always use the charger and coils recommended for your device, never leave a charging device unattended, and stop using any product immediately if it leaks, overheats, swells, or stops working correctly. You use our products at your own risk, and we are not responsible for damage caused by improper use, modification, or charging.

Compliance, Liability, and Changes to These Terms

You agree to use thelumifashion products only for lawful personal use and to comply with all applicable tobacco, vaping, and customs laws in your location. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the product you purchased. We may update these Terms of Service from time to time, and the version posted on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies.

Terms of Service Welcome to thelumifashion.
